Can my desserts be delivered?


The first delivery zone is Brussels.

  • Deliver to all 19 communes of Brussels

The second delivery zone includes Belgium and European countries (for stable desserts that last a bit longer like cookies boxes). Contact us for these details.

Can I order gluten-free, lactose free or vegan desserts?

Yes! Check out the webshop and call us at 0478-540-393 if you have other questions!

When and how can I pay for my order?

You must pay when you finalise your online purchases. We accept the following payment methods on the platform: Bancontact, debit card, Apple Pay and credit card.

What happens if a product is no longer available?

If a product is no longer available, I will contact you to propose a substitute product. It is up to you to accept this product or not. If you refuse the substitute product, you will be refunded.


These shortages are a sign of quality! We make all our desserts in small batches and by order.

What are the delivery costs?

Depending on the delivery you have chosen, delivery costs apply. 


For a delivery in Brussels by car or bike, the costs amount to 16 €.

For a delivery in Belgium, contact us at to get a quote.

For delivery within Europe, contact us at for a quote.

How do you ensure the security of my personal data?

The information you provide us with is used to identify you, contact you and deliver your products. We comply with Belgian and European data processing laws. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Preparation of the order

It takes several days to prepare your order. It is packaged with the utmost care to protect fragile items. High-quality and eco-friendly packaging protects your products and ensures that you receive your order in perfect condition. 

Wherever possible, delivery is made with refrigeration or an AFSCA-approved coldpack box to keep your products at the right temperature.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order up to 4 days before delivery. To do so, please send an e-mail to

I have a question about allergens

Each product description on our webshop has the allergens listed. Please note that our kitchen has traces of nuts, gluten, sesame. If you have further questions, please send us an e-mail to with the word "Allergens" in the subject line and leave us your contact details. We will contact you as soon as possible.

When will my delivery arrive?

Orders are delivered on the date indicated during payment. You will receive confirmation from us to clarify all details.

What to do if I am absent?

The delivery person will wait for five minutes after notifying you of their presence. They will also call you. Then, the delivery will be brought back to the Eat Dessert First by Laura workshop and you will be responsible for picking it up in coordination with the team at 0478-540-393. If the coordination is no longer possible, you will have to place a new order on our website and choose a new delivery date.
