What are the delivery areas?
The first delivery zone is Brussels.
Deliver by car to all 19 communes of Brussels
Or we can deliver to you by bike to the following postcodes: 1000, 1190, 1180, 1060, 1170, 1050, 1150, 1200, 1040, 1030, 1140
The second delivery zone includes Belgium and European countries (for stable desserts that last a bit longer like cookies boxes).
Why are some products not available for delivery outside Brussels?
Some products, such as layer cakes, require special care during transport. If you want to order a cake but you don't live in Brussels, I invite you to pick it up at my atelier in 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.
When and how can I pay for my order?
You must pay when you finalise your online purchases. We accept the following payment methods on the platform: Bancontact, debit card and credit card.
What happens if a product is no longer available?
If a product is no longer available, I will contact you to propose a substitute product. It is up to you to accept this product or not. If you refuse the substitute product, you will be refunded.
These shortages are a sign of quality! We make all our desserts in small batches and by order.
What are the delivery costs?
Depending on the delivery you have chosen, delivery costs apply.
For a delivery in Brussels by car or bike, the costs amount to 14 €.
For a delivery in Belgium, the delivery costs are 6€
For delivery within Europe, the delivery costs are 16€
How do you ensure the security of my personal data?
Preparation of the order
It takes several days to prepare your order. It is packaged with the utmost care to protect fragile items. High-quality packaging protects your products and ensures that you receive your order in perfect condition.
Wherever possible, delivery is made with refrigeration or an AFSCA-approved coldpack box to keep your products at the right temperature.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order up to 3 days before delivery. To do so, please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
When will my delivery arrive?
Orders are delivered on the date indicated during payment. You will receive confirmation from us to clarify all details.
If you are not satisfied with the time chosen, you can postpone/cancel your order.
What to do if I am absent?
The delivery person will wait for five minutes after notifying you of his/her presence. After this time, you will have to place a new order on our website and choose a new delivery date.
