These general conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales of products made through the Eat Dessert First website, to consumers and businesses.

2. Orders
You can order our products online via our website. An order is only validated and a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
3. Price
The prices displayed on our site are in euros and include VAT, but do not include delivery costs. These costs are clearly indicated before the finalization of the order.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at time of order. We accept several payment methods: credit card, debit card, and Bancontact.
5. Delivery
Delivery is limited to the Brussels region and its immediate surroundings. The delivery time is 3 working days.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us atinfo@eatdessertfirst.be.

8. Liability
Eat Dessert First is not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for allergies due to the consumption of our products. The ingredients of each product are clearly indicated on our site.

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution is subject to the Belgian courts.
