How it all started
Eat Dessert First began almost a decade ago in Brussels, inspired by the recipes and lessons I first learned alongside my mother in California. What started as a passion for homemade American cakes and desserts grew into a pop-up, and today, it has found a permanent home with the shop.
Here you’ll find everything from New York cheesecakes and red velvet cupcakes to custom birthday cakes, all made with the same care and quality that started this journey. More than just desserts, the shop is a place to share a coffee, pick up something sweet, and feel a little closer to home.
